Important: If the parcel is broken or looks degraded, please check that the items in the box are not damaged. If they are, DO NOT sign the delivery as there will be no refunds if you accept it.

Dispatching time: orders are getting dispatched 2-5 working days after being received. For orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays, there will be an additional 1-2 working days delay. A confirmation email along with your tracking number will be sent to you when the order has been dispatched. Once an order is being dispatched, 98% of the time it gets delivered the next working day. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as misrouted parcel, damage in transit, weather conditions or any other issues out of our control, it could take longer than that. To avoid any disappointment please make sure to place your order in advance as we don't take any responsibility for delays caused by the aforementioned circumstances.

Products that are not listed as out of stock are ready for dispatch. There are exceptions when we may run out of a product. If this happens, we can offer you a replacement. Our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

In The UK, we are working with FedEx for a fast and reliable delivery service. The courier requires a signature for proof of delivery, which has to be signed by the person who receives the goods. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email from FedEx with information regarding the date and time of delivery. If the time does not suit you follow the steps from the email you received from FedEx and chose the right date and time that you will be able to receive the parcel, here you can also instruct the courier to leave the parcel with your neighbour if you can't collect it yourself.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for all orders of £50 or more. For orders under £50, the cost is £5.5.

Free shipping does not apply to the following destinations: Offshore Islands, Highland Scotland,Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. The shipping cost for those destinations is £11 for every 25kg and it will be automatically calculated and shown to you on the checkout.

Please Note: We can not offer FREE delivery to off-shore Islands.  

Packaging:

Our products are packed in plastic bags as shown in the pictures below. For customers that are concerned about the environment, we can use paper bags to pack their products. Available for 500g and 1kg only. If you wish to pack your order in paper bags please write it down in the "Note" field on the checkout page.
